You will need
- Rosemary sprigs – about 4 inches long
- Thin wire or thread
Gently bend two rosemary sprigs, being careful not to break off any leaves.
Using a piece of wire or thread, carefully bind the two sprigs together. Sandwich ties will also work just as well – just remove the outer plastic.
Connect the other ends using the wire, to form a circle.
Using white pen, write the name of your guest on a strip of red paper and place it in the middle of your rosemary wreath. Cut a V-shape at each end so it resembles a neat ribbon.
Make a bow out of the ribbon and place it on the top of the garland. You can use a piece of wire or glue to secure it in place.
Present your rosemary wreath place cards flat down on a napkin or rest it on a folded card so it sits upright.
Tip: If you don’t have any rosemary, you can use sage or fern for an equally impressive mini wreath.
