Strawberry sugar scrub
Make your mum some fruity body scrub by mashing four large strawberries in a bowl with 100g granulated sugar and 3 Tbsp of solid coconut oil. Store in a labelled Mason or clip top jar.
All that’s needed are some Epsom salts, essential oils and food colouring.
- Zip seal bags
- 500g Epsom salts
- Food colouring
- Essential oil
- Glass jar
1. Fill up a big zip seal bag with 500g Epsom salts and add 4-6 drops of gel food colouring of your choice, and 6-8 drops of your choice of essential oil.
2. Seal the bag securely and gently rub the colour and the oil into the salts, making sure it spreads evenly.
3. Shake the bag every few seconds to distribute the colour and the essential oil.
4. Once you’ve coloured and scented the salts, cut the corner of the bag and use the opening to pour the salts through a funnel into a clean jar. Print off one of our free downloadable labels.
