How to make paper Christmas trees

Make these stylish space-saving paper craft decorations with our easy step-by-step tutorial.

You will need

  • Paper (about five A4 sheets)
  • Pencil
  • Ruler
  • Scissors
  • Stapler

Step 1

Using a pencil and ruler, draw a triangle on the paper making sure it’s narrow enough for the stapler to reach the middle (we made ours about 7x14 cm).

Step 2

Cut out the triangles and stack them neatly.

Step 3

Draw a faint line down the center of the top triangle with a pencil and staple neatly along the line three times.

Step 4

Carefully fold the layers at the staple line, bending half one-way and the other half the opposite way. Fan them out neatly and then stand them up.
